"Wish i could give this place 0 stars…Went to get fillings the other day, as I was a new patient there, and there was little to no explanation of what was going to happen during the appointment. The doctor who was working with me treated me very poorly. I explained to him I have a phobia of needles and would like to continue doing the fillings with laughing gas as the previous dentistry I went to used that method. He proceeded to do the fillings, but was only able to do one cavity as it was on the surface of the tooth. I suffer from SPD which made the procedure very traumatic and difficult and I began having a panic attack and crying. I asked multiple times for him to not use needles and he insisted that it wouldn’t hurt and everyone goes through it. When I started to get up off the seat because I didn’t want to continue, him and another doctor made me lay back down. After hyperventilating while he was telling me “keep your mouth open as wide as you can”, he eventually agreed to stopping at one filling and referred me to someone who will be able to give me anesthesia before the procedure. I honestly wanted a doctor who was understanding, compassionate and would’ve listened to me when I did not consent to something as simple as needles."

"1 star - front office 3 star - dentist 5 star - hygienist Unfortunately the front office shapes the dental experience and theirs has been awful. They didn’t tell me they were no longer taking my insurance, didn’t know they had previously taken my insurance and was paid in full by my provider, didn’t cancel my appointment when requested, didn’t call or anything to remind me of my appointment and thought telling me a month prior to reschedule due to a sick hygienist was sufficient, maybe they never send reminders… the hygienists are great but I’ve never had such a quick visit from a dentist before (in and out in a minute, no time for questions)"

"I never enjoy going to the dentist, I don’t know who does. This visit to Cumberland Dental Arts, blew all my expectations out the window. This finely tuned team had me in and out in 20 minutes. From the front desk to the procedure itself, I felt valued and in great hands! Rae-Lynn was very professional and knowledgeable, while being friendly and engaging. She asked me smart questions and kept me pleasantly engaged through the whole process. She made me feel like I had control the whole time!
