"Took my diamond in for a prong repair which took almost 4 weeks and cost $191. Less than 6 months later the diamond was spinning in the setting. Went back and was told I was to blame and I must have hit it. Not true sitting behind a desk typing all day. He wanted to charge me again but I took the ring and left. Went to Hannoush where they repaired the ring in 5 minutes, cleaned all my rings and didn't charge me a penny. Fadi and Wael could not have been more delightful...finally found a jeweler in Falmouth! Keegan's is the worst. Ugh"

Never spent any real money but the service is outstanding. If you want a complimentary glass of champagne at the door and jewelry BS from Clown, this is not your place. "I brought several pieces of fine jewelry in for repair.: two gold bracelets and a ring. The bracelets were repaired very quickly. The ring was more more difficult because a sapphire stone had fallen out and was never found The size of the sapphire was odd. The owner spent a good deal of time over several weeks searching for the correctly sized stone.that would fit in the existing setting. He succeeded and did a fabulous job. The ring looks like new and he fixed the prongs so that I wouldn't lose it again. Nothing but a great experience at Keegan's. I will certainly be back for all of my jewelry needs!"
