"This guy was so polite. Very good airport food experience. The bagel is just ok but what can you expect?"

"Didn’t eat here but arrived for my flight at Gate 1A at 7am. Could hear the employee or manager all the way from the counter by Gate 4. Swearing and loudly complaining about other employees, and either her boss or other managers. She really didn’t like the younger employees and some guy who kept throwing her lists away. She finally stopped when I assume a customer came up cause I heard her say “give 5 minutes okayyy”"

"The food is great but don’t order hot coffee, the coffee here is unbearable. I took two sips and dumped it out. I gave it three stars though cause I have really enjoyed the food and service here"

"Was there this morning at 4 AM for an early flight. Right by our gate was your store and one gentleman was working. One person working! The line was outrageously long. He ran his behind off, never complained, was courteous to everyone, and did it all! I did not get his name, but you should be absolutely proud of the way he conducted business under your name! Because of his attitude, and the way he conducted himself every customer appreciated him and told him as much. I just think you need to know about the superstar you have working for you at the Portland airport!"

"This place is frustrating. Random opening times. Almost never open in time to eat before the first flights out which is around 5:30am. Jet port already has limited options and what options they have are not open. This particular place is the worst. High prices, poor opposing times for breakfast and staff can be not the kindest. Food is decent but you will pay for it."
