"We purchased a king sized bed frame last year during July 4th sale. They ended up sending us a Cali King sized bed frame. We tried to reach out to get it changed, but did not get any response or help from the sales department or anyone. Now it’s been 6 months and we simply have to give up, get rid of this Cali king sized bed frame and buy another one. I’m very disappointed with their service"

"Most all furniture these days is garbage. Bought and Ashley couch. Opened up the bottom to take a look. Compressed fiber board. Any real wood? Nothing in there. Engineered down to nothing. And you end up paying through the nose. Hard pressed to even find a real hardwood dining room table. It’s gross."
