"Had a very terrible experience with the customer service representative charlotte. I never would have thought today out of the times I go to the Avon Home Depot I would receive an attitude for asking to speak to a manager. Charlotte did not try to understand the problem I was having and why I needed to speak with their manager “Paul”. I simply wanted to know if I was possible to receive a discount on ship lap paneling that had significant mold on it that would require prep work to restore. She did not let me speak to a manager and also stated that my ask was “dumb”. This show a lack of proper training. I will be heading to Lowe’s now unfortunately to buy 40 panels of ship lap. Thank you Avon homedpot for making my experience more worse than it needed to be."
