THE 1 ST TIME I WENT THERE I WAS TRYING TO REPAIR A RING THAT LOST THE DIAMOND AND THE LADY IN THERE TOLD ME THAT DIAMONDS WERE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO PURCHASE AND I JUST STAYED QUIET BUT I ALSO THOUGHT INSIDE MY MIND WHAT IS SHE TRYING TO SAY !!!!! BUT ANYWAYS I THINK CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BETTER. AS WE KNOW CUSTOMER ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING AND SHOULD BE THREAT THE BEST THEY CAN !!!!!"

"Worst place to buy jewlery. bought a pair of rings and need to be change in size. rings were perfect before thus was done. after that when we went to pick them up they where all scrached and one bend they fix bend and "polish" the rings wish i think came back eve worst than before. there explanation was "gold get scratched easely is normal" . im sorry but if im buying something new i spected to be like newno scraches no damage and nkt to hear excuses. never buying anything there again."

"I bought my engagement ring her. The customer service was excellent. The workers let me browse freely with out hounding me, which I like. I later exchanged the ring for a different one and they credited me and applied to the exchange. They resized and engraved at no extra cost. I would return. The workers were friendly, and knew the products."
