"Zero stars! I went to their Chestnut Hill store to make a watch smaller. She said it would be $55, which is a ridiculous price but I needed it so I agreed. She did not take enough off so when I asked her to remove another link she said it would be another $25! They are unethical and really sleezy company. Do not do business with them."

"I would give zero stars if possible. I had 2 Watch batteries and one band replaced. I got home and one of the watches had opened up. I could not get the back on no matter how I tried. I called the number on the receipt twice and no one answered. A few minutes later someone called me back. They told me I had reached the Burlington store (I went into the one at the NS Mall in Peabody). They gave me the correct phone number. I called that number twice and again no one answered. They called back and I explained the situation. He said no problem, they have a machine and they can fix it. “Come in anytime” he told me. I went back the next day (today 9/6). There was a “Be back in 30 minutes” sign on the door for at least 45 minutes. I gave up and went into another shop. Come to find out, an “electronics battery” was put in the watch. Evidently, it didn’t fit quite right and that’s why the back was not fitting properly. Avoid these thieves like the plague. I’m also going to pursue having the charge reversed on my CC."
