"I came here with the intent of finding a place to study. The cafe/Starbucks in the back offers a very tastey selection of food and beverage, and the atmosphere was perfect, quiet and respectful despite there being a number of people. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of power outlets. There are no power outlets around any of the seats, which I confirmed was the case with the staff (very nice staff as well). However, if you're here to get work done then unless you've brought a portable charger your stay will last as long as your battery does."
"My youngest son joined a book club and we needed to get him his book. I ordered the book to be picked up and paid for at the store. The floor man we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cashier was very friendly and patient. We went to the cafe area and sadly w did not have the same positive experience. We were not sure what to order and the last appeared to be annoyed having to wait while we decided. We were not yet in line to order but were still glared at and made to feel uncomfortable. We did not enjoy the items we purchased and felt rushed to just order something which we did. Book store 5 stars Cafe 1 star"
"Would give half a star, but I have nothing against the store itself - just the cafe. TL;DR - Staff cared more about continuing private conversations than actually doing their job. I came in with my bf today (11/19 around 1-1:30) and the two baristas were chatting with each other (no biggie, there were no other customers needing service) but didn't acknowledge us in any way. Not a problem, we needed time to browse the pastries anyway. But just as we were getting ready to order, two ladies happened to arrive to come grab a mobile order. They were in line first and the baristas still chatted until one of the ladies were right up at the counter and asked for service. Finally, one of the baristas helped and explained there was an issue with the mobile order and a lack of supplies to complete it which turned into a much longer problem solving than needed. Alas, they figured out the solution and one of the two chatting baristas started making the order while the other one followed her around purely to continue their conversation. Again, my boyfriend and I are now very apparently ready to be served and I'm standing at the counter waiting to be served, but I guess socializing is more important bc the one not filling the order made eye contact with us multiple times but still couldn't be bothered to serve us. Now, a third barista shows up and begins filling a mobile order so there's one working on the ladies before us, one busy with another job, and the third chatty Kathy continued to not be bothered. We waiting there five minutes patiently and realized she simply wasn't going to serve us (and got the vibe if we made a big deal about it to ask her to serve us, she would probably mess up our order on purpose - she was looking very annoyed at us being there) so we decided to just put our stuff - a few cooler drinks and the stephen king book- down on the counter and left. If they were all clearly busy working on orders, I would have stayed patient but it was very clear we wouldn't be served until her buddy was done with the order before us."
"First timer visiting we love the Collections of books, action Figures and Variety of Legos, neither to forget all those Variety of other stuff related even a Starbuck is inside, clean and organized Store."
