"Have absolutely loved my experience with Melaney Casey and the team! I had the stone from my original engagement ring reset in the threaded ring with halo. This ring is absolutely stunning and the delicate details are done impeccably! I knew this ring required care due to its dainty nature and as someone who is often clumsy and running around after a toddler, it's really held up wonderfully. Two years of having this fine piece of jewelry and i still catch myself staring at the stunner! As a customer from Canada, I sent frequent emails to get updates regarding the status of my ring. The team was quick to respond even with a 4 hour time difference. Upon receiving my ring, I experieced delays due to customs, but their team was so helpful with providing as much information and documentation that was requested. I hope this ring is the first of many pieces from Melanie Casey."

"Great ring but wouldn't trust this company with an empty shoebox let alone important jewelry. Very poor communication and organization. Firstly, getting the ring ordered took a very long time because they their response times are very delayed and when I asked to speak with them on the phone, they said that they couldn't do that for another 4-5 days. In order to surprise my now fiancé, I made the very simple request to have the ring be switched from shipping to pick up they told me no problem. A week later me AND my fiancé get an email with the shipping notification that it will be there the next day. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but the surprise was now ruined. I called Melanie Casey and they had lost the ring and had no idea where it was and they thought they'd stopped it from being shipped but now couldn't locate it. Luckily the next day it was delivered. Melanie Casey called me three days later saying they still hadn't located the ring and were going to have to file an insurance claim. They didn't even know that the ring had gone out for shipping! Again, we are incredibly happy with the ring, but communicating with this business was not worth the hassle and they nearly lost our engagement ring. The stress behind working with them is not worth it, go some where else where you can get a great ring and it be a stress free experience."
