"Had fun in the store two nights ago in Newport, RI. The sales lady was sweet amd very helpful. My friend and both bought multiple pieces of jewelry. Unfortunately, the wires on the earrings were too thick and it hurt when I tried to put them on. So, tonight I tried to take them back. Would have been happy to exchange. However, there was a different sales lady tonight and she was RUDE. She treated us as if we were there to scam her. Said all sales final, no exchanges. But the receipt and their website say otherwise. My friend was ready to purchase more jewelry, but the sales woman- a tall, curvy, dark-haired woman that did not introduce herself- took the bracelet she was looking at and said it needed cleaning and she took it away. Now I have an expensive pair of earrings I cannot wear and a nasty taste in my mouth for this business."
