Reviews
"Lovely experience shopping, great prices and beautiful items."
"Went to this store this morning and had a terrible experience. I spent $130 and was supposed to have two rings. I only left with one since while I was putting on the other it snapped in half. Not only did the woman completely ignore me, but when she finally acknowledged me, she basically said there was nothing she could do and I shouldn’t have “stretched it out”. I have worn sterling silver rings on all fingers for years and have never ever had one snap in half like that. She did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Didn’t let me pick another ring or reimburse me. Left with one ring and am completely unimpressed with the customer service I received today."
"Fay is extremely knowledgeable and this store is a true gem in downtown Newport. There's such a wide selection to choose from. She has such great energy and is so wonderful!"
"Lovely store with great jewelry. I always get compliments on them."
"I walked into this very cute shop. The only kind of jewelry I own is silver, so I was excited to stop in and see what pieces they had. They had very beautiful pieces, from different price ranges. So I walked in and the clerk was helping a mother and daughter find things they liked. Which was completely fine, they were there first. However, what pisses me off, is that I was never even acknowledged. I walked around the entire store for 15 minutes, and not one word was ever spoken to me. I actually found a cape cod bracelet, that was $150 that I truly loved, I would have bought one for me and my mother, but because the clerk didn't have the proper manners to acknowledge the people who walks into her store, I left. A simple hello, would have made you a $300 sale."
