"I got here at 6:28 and the doors were closed.. I spent a lot of money on my wife's Christmas gift here and they couldn't exchange it because the doors were closed a few minutes early. I wasted a 45 minute drive to get here for them to just say no. I'm highly disappointed and will make sure to tell everyone I know of the lack of customer service here at the Natick Mall location."

"If I could leave less than a one star I would.. After purchasing what I thought was a cute ring and paying 1K.. it actually fell apart less than a year later. When I took it in they quoted me nearly half of what I paid to have what is clearly poorly made and their fault. It is a clear break.. honestly just a terrible experience overall."

"Horrible service! My husband purchased a ring which was a little big, we went to the store to exchange it for a smaller size(that was already paid for and shipped to the store to be picked up). They first refused saying I didn’t have the original packaging ( a brown shipping box it came in) and then they said I didn’t have the blue bag. When we said that wasn’t really a requirement to return, he came back saying there are scratches on the ring. Which doesn’t make sense as it’s brand new. Like the others mentioned, they have horrible customer service. The stores in Chestnut Hill and Prudential Center are much better. Wish I could give it negative stars."
