"To be fair the male that worked there gave me a fair $500 for 12grams of 14k gold but the female that also works there (possibly his wife or family) offered me $600 for 36 grams of pure 24k gold, aka a 80% markdown from melted down price .. was rude and quick to hand it back without any discussion. They appear to prey on people who aren’t intelligent enough to weigh their gold and Google the price before going in, just was offered triple at another place"

"Went in to sell some old Silver Dollars and Silver Quarters, all 1964 or earlier. I told the women that helped me that I had been hanging on to them until Silver reached 25.00 and decided to cash in now. First thing she said was a half baked statement about 30 day grace period and not todays price followed up with I have to make money too. Should have left at that point but I was referred by a friend so..... She offered me 217 dollars which I thought was low, I didn't have to take it, but I did. She had left my Drivers License in the copy machine and of course I left without it. I called and talked to Denis to ask if he could put the License in the mail for me. I had asked if he could also send me a detailed statement with how much weight and the price of I brought in. He said and I am quoting " Why don't you send me a statement with what you sold me ? Never again, some people just can't do the right thing. Live and Learn"
