"I was a customer for years, but I had a very bad experience with an item that I bought recently from South Portland store. Before pick up, I wanted to replace it with something better (my plan was never to get a refund) I was told “no that is not possible!! it is their policy and I signed a document highlighting that”. Sorry guys, I will not buy anything from you again I just want to warn everyone from your strange polices and traps. I am VERY disappointed indeed."
