"I cannot comment on their work. I never got that far. I brought a bracelet to be repaired and got a quote. A week later I got a phone call telling me that the actual amount it would cost to fix the bracelet would be more than double the original quote. It was too much for me. I went back to the store to pick up my bracelet, and the owner told me this was like a car repair shop. That once I brought the bracelet I agreed to the work. I disagreed with that saying that any repair shop would make sure that I wanted to proceed with the work. She finally agreed to give me back my bracelet. I had given her a $50 deposit and she said that she normally doesn't give back deposits. She knew I would fight her and eventually agreed to give me back my money. I was never given any notice that by giving them my bracelet I agreed to having it fixed there regardless of the cost nor was, I informed that my deposit was non refundable. I would never trust This woman."
