They sent someone out within a few hours of me calling within the time range they had provided me initially. The technician closely examined the situation closely and explained to me each part and what was needed/why. I appreciated this so I had a sense of the scope of the work that needed to be done. He was able to fix it in that same visit, though I don't feel like he rushed through the job. He took his time, even as it was pushing 8pm. I really appreciate it and my garage door works great now."
