Wouldn't know how they are because they said they wouln't be able to come by for over two weeks all because we haven't used them before. We haven't used any plumber before! We just bought the house 3 years ago. I get people are busy and so on, but this is an emergency to some degree (we don't have any shower now). Very disappointed and they lost a potential recurring customer."
