"Went for the 2nd time for the same repair within 5 months and it just broke again! Condescending."
"I called in to see if they could fix the keys on my laptop. "Yes, absolutely," I asked again to be sure "yes not a problem at all." Get into Geek Squad. "Oh no, we don't do that at all. We don't want to be responsible if we break it." I then asked if I could sign a waiver so they wouldn't be responsible, and they still said no. Waste of time"

"Went to the geek squad bench inside the best buy for an apple watch repair. The technician there was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got the information I needed and was out within 5 minutes."
"We called Best Buy hotline asking for a location where they can save data from a new Dell laptop which started to burn on our desk at home. The customer service rep recommended that Geek Squad location. When we drove there, first they told us that they do not provide that type of service. Second, when I showed them the memory chip from the latest Dell laptop, they were puzzled, not being sure what part of a laptop it can be. Then they joked about closing for the day, as they did not have more appointments for that day, but there was a lady waiting in line as walk in. They could see the customer, but were almost openly disrespectful. For us it waste of time."
