CH Carolina Herrera

"Super creepy experience at the Copley place Carolina Herrera yesterday: my husband and I have a few things from CH and stopped in just to browse. One of the staff members (a super tall guy with a beard) started aggressively following us around, which I thought was just a pushy/tacky sales tactic. I found it super annoying and the perfume in the store was super strong so I decided to leave. The sales guy followed me went towards the door and my husband was still at the back of the store: the sales guy then asked if my husband saw something he liked, but in a kind of odd way. When my husband came up to the front we realized the sales guy had LOCKED US IN THE STORE. I asked if they were closing, he said no they do this “with every customer”. As my husband pointed out, the guy had obviously decided by looking at us (casually dressed for a New England Sunday) that we planned to steal something and locked us in to prevent us from leaving. I have no idea if that is legal (blocking a fire exit/keeping customers locked in) and, obviously, will here again."

"I like the quality and the sophisticated designs from Carolina Herrera. The staff at the Copley store are very courteous, and professional! I truly appreciate how helpful they are!"

"I have been working with Carolina Herrera for 6 months trying to replace a damaged bag that I purchased from them. CH customer service agreed my bag was defective and it was covered under warranty, provided a claim case number, and have yet to replace my bag. I continue to get emails that they are "working" on my case and that it will be resolved soon with no timeline for what soon means. Both myself and my local store manager are unable to get a hold of anyone at headquarters for a status or to help replace my bag despite reaching out over a 20 times between the two of us. I will never purchase from them again due to this horrible experience. This is not a reflection of this particular store but of the Brand and how it deals with claims and defective products."

"A phenomenal customized shopping experience! I recently visited this store in search of a specific item as a gift. I worked with Carlos who went above and beyond to help locate, facilitate, and have the item shipped and expedited from another store. He had the shirt steamed and gift wrapped in a gorgeous presentation, and ready to pick up. He also gave me a tour of the store, and picked out specific items that were also in line with what we were looking for and had them ready to try upon our arrival. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service, with attention detail and such kind care. The store is beautiful!"
