"There isn't much to love about experiencing car trouble, especially when your alternator goes out. Fortunately for me, Vladi and his team were there to help while I was in Cape Cod for an internship this summer, and even though there were problems after the installation and having to upgrade an alternator because the first one didn't work correctly, Vladi helped to make sure personally that my car got fixed. Not very happy about the high price to fix, but I would highly recommend this auto center because Vladi and his team were very helpful to facilitate a complicated repair. "I received great service from V-Tech. My check engine light came on and I brought my car to a different mechanic who diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A week later, he said he could not get the part and suggested that I try which I did at a dealer in Rhode Island. When I told him I had the part, he said he could not help me as he had some long term projects he was working on. I took my car (and part) to V-Tech and scheduled an appointment and happy to say my car is running great! I'm really happy with V-Tech and plan to have my care serviced there in the future."
