Sends his kid to drop it off and it appears as though he dropped it off his work bench as it has a large dent in the side and one of the screw heads has snapped off. Do yourself a favor and find a different mechanic. Never had a worse experience with a "company""

"Dropped off a broken chainsaw under warranty to be evaluated. I fully described the problem when dropping it off so diagnosis confirmation by a professional should literally take the time it takes to unscrew two nuts. A woman accepted the saw. The next day, Ray called me and berated me that he previously told me that he would not look at it until I left a $45 deposit. Against my intuition, I dropped off the check. I provided the original sales receipt for him to inquire about the warranty. After about 3 weeks, I called and inquired. Ray said that he hadn't heard back and didn't have time to followup...I should Google the number and call myself. After two hours of on hold and phone conversations, the warranty guy called AAA Lawn Mower. When the Poulin representative returned, he denied the warranty because Ray had told him that I must have pinched the saw and broke it and that the chain oil reservoir was near empty. I had hoped that he would have advocated for his customer! Btw, the saw was not pinched and the chain reservoir was filled before every use. The next day, I went to the shop to pick up the saw (I let Ray know the day before that I was coming), and I was greeted by the woman who had originally accepted it. She found the saw in many pieces in its case. Even the spark plug was missing, which is odd because it was unrelated to the problem. I asked if my $45 would be refunded since they didn’t do anything and she told me ‘no’. Poor service, poor disposition. Not a winning combination."

"be very careful when dealing with this company. Purchased a new generac generator from them. On day of pickup. Oct 11. Electric start did not work. Ray jr. claimed the battery needed a charge. This was not the case I have gone back and forth with them since. Ray senior stated he didn't know what was wrong with it and had put too much time and money into it. I finally had to contact generac for help. They are supposedly ordering new parts. We'll see it is now Jan 4 storm season. I was sold a defective generator that they still have not repaired They have handled this very badly with no respect for a good customer. Beware"

"One of the worst companies I have delt with in a long time. The son Ray will tell you what ever you want to hear to make you happy. Something along the lines of I'll call you once a part comes in and I'll take care of you. But yet you won't get a call once the part comes in. You have to call them to get anything out of them. Very hard to work with and causes allot of stress that isn't needed in life. Big mistake."
