"Do NOT call Appliance Guy for appliance repair!!! I just got charged $99.95 for the guy to come to my house to fix the washer - all he did was open up the door, spin the drum, and tell me that it would probably be over $600 to repair the washer. He did an estimate while he was here, and found out that it would be at least $1,100 for the parts and service. He spent about 10 minutes at my house. And then he charged $100 for doing virtually nothing. I would expect to pay something for the estimate (since he did travel to my house, and his time is valuable). But $100 is way too much for this lack of service. I would have given zero stars, but the man was at least polite. So incredibly disappointed!!!"
