There are a lot of other groups out there who offer the same services -- I'd recommend you contact them over Aiello's."

"My husband and I had just purchased a wood burning stove and were looking to have our chimney lined and the stove installed. After contacting Aiello Chimney sweep I was told someone would be along the following Wednesday at 730 to take a look and give me an estimate on the cost. Wednesday arrived and nobody showed. Later that day I called the office and was spoke with Brian. He told me he was sorry and it had slipped his mind. I understand that chimney sweeps are in the busy season so we set up another time slot for someone to come and take a look. Today I left work early so I could be home to meet this person. Once again, no call, no show. I called and the phone went to voicemail. I would suggest going with a different, more professional company for your chimney needs. I am completely unimpressed."
