"Good place to buy equipment but terrible at communicating about parts. I ordered an insulator for my Husqvarna Back Pack Blower 6 weeks ago almost. Called every week and get the same answer “it’s not here yet will be here next week” every single week. They don’t call to tell me the part is late no communication at all just it’s not here yet. So stop telling me it will be here in a week over and over again. Just ridiculous"

"Great old school mower shop, I love going in to see what's new, and in some cases, look over the used items they take in on trade. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are totally fair for the quality of the items. No need to buy at the home center unless you want to get frustrated when that doesn't work out and you end up at Fred's anyway, just go there first. Thanks for all you do, keep it up."

"I recently sent my riding mower to Duxbury Fix It for a tuneup and other routine stuff, sharpening blades, checking belts, & exc. When they retuned the mower, everything looked great. It had been washed & cleaned and when I started mow, I noticed it was running better than it had been. They also fixed one of the front tires that has been a problem for some time. After about 10 to 15 minutes of mowing, the mower just stopped. I tried to restart it but had no success. I called the shop and they were very nice. They sent a truck, took the mower away, and fixed it. They left the mower in my driveway with a bill taped to it. The bill was zero. Thanks."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE . Customer Service ONE STAR not even. Made me wait months, Never bothered to communicate about the parts being late. Lied to about it being ready right before a winter Blizzard. And they blatantly did not care (even with phone calls about losing power with newborns in the house) . I will tell my friends , family and face book how absolutely disappointed I am in this place . being a small business owner myself, I have no idea how they are still in business ."

"I just bought a riding lawn mower from them. The sales person was helpful and friendly, and they have some space for you to test drive a couple of options. They delivered the mower to my house for free. So far, I have no complaints about them."
