"In my 69 years on this earth I have never revealed my displeasure with any company,Towne & Country is a whole different case ,I needed a part for my boiler in December ,I have gotten absolute horrible customer service from them,no returned calls or texts the owner john called me 3 weeks ago and said he would be out the next day to personally check it out himself ,I'm still waiting I am a senior citizen who needs heat like anyone else I feel they are ignoring me because a senior won't stick up for himseto save yourself time and agrvlf, my advice to any customers out there is to look anywhere else but Towne & countrysave yourself aggravation and time anyone would be better than them."
