"On a positive note the store is bigger than Hyannis with a lot more merchandise, and I got what I wanted. On the negative side there was only one person working, it was a mess, items on the floor and carts in the aisles with products to be stocked. I guess they must be having trouble finding help."

"Manager was extremely rude today when I asked to exchange party favors for a different color. She yelled loudly “WE DONT HAVE THOSE” and refused to exchange my items. After I found them in the store and brought them up front she then threw them off the countertop towards me as I walked out. The other employees at the location have always been kind and helpful but this manager‘s behavior was completely unacceptable. I live in this neighborhood and frequent this store for small items regularly."
