"I reached out to Jay in July as I needed a timely repair to an arcade cabinet in my home. I had people visiting in a few days, and I needed to make sure the cabinet was functioning before they arrived. I had a few buttons sticking and few buttons that were intermittently unresponsive. Since I don't have any background in cabinet repair and maintenance, I really needed Jay's help. When I reached out to Jay he answered immediately. I explained my problem and that I needed a fix very quickly (48 hours). Since I had a time crunch, Jay offered to walk me through it via face time video call rather than wait for a house call. We set up a time, and he patiently walked me through the fix in 45 minutes or so. We removed the button panel, detached the wiring for the stuck and malfunctioning buttons, cleaned the stuck buttons, and fixed the wiring for any issues we found, and then reinstalled the button panel. Right away, the buttons were fixed. Jay was a life saver. I could have waited weeks to get a technician to visit my house, and many would not make a house call for a home made machine. Jay, however, was willing to help me out immediately and solve my problem."
