"Citywide Glass had done three jobs for me and all of them were very well done and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them! One was replacment glass for some antique doors, the second was repairing some sliders and an awning window, and the third was replacing a broken pane on a casement window. I worked with Tim on these jobs and he was incredibly helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong with these guys."

"These guys are great! I was struggling with dealing with my insurance company for some glass replacement, and the staff here kindly called the insurance company and helped me get things worked out pretty quickly. They also squeezed me into their schedule, despite me being a bit late and then the time wasted dealing with insurance. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for any glass needs in the future, auto or otherwise."

"Customer service is awful. What should have been a simple window replacement in our bathroom shower, turned into 2 months of waiting for a $5 lock, they broke during installation, to be ordered and available for pickup by me. A lock they could have bought at the hardware store directly across the street from their location. Then they don’t include the screws that naturally come with any new piece of hardware. The girls in the office never know anything, they always have to call the guys who are never around, nor reachable. Not to mention they also chipped our shower pan during the installation, which city wide had to send a whole different company to repair. Super inconvenient. It’s been a never ending annoyance."

"I was five ⭐️happy with the way my replaced windshield came out! I am very particular with my car. I tried the glue method somewhere else and was very disappointed that they never offered to replace my windshield. Who would want a sticky glue finger print over their crack!"

"I was having two custom glass shelved made for a china hutch upgrade my wife and I were doing. The team at City Wide recommended a few options, including the 3/8 glass shelves we ended up getting. The shelves fit perfectly and they look as amazing as the team said they would And the strength they provide for support is great as well. Worth every dollar invested and I will go back to them if I need other custom glass done."
