"I never left reviews but this went too far. The least professional group, has NO DECENCY or MORALS. All they care is money. They yelled at customers and screamed so loud that scared little girl to cry. I felt violated, bullied and intimidated. Wish this sort of experience wouldn’t happen to anyone else. Customers are not to be bullied please."

"I have never written a google review before, but felt compelled to after my experience. I took my car there, was the worst experience! Big Jack said I could bring it in, he diagnosed it, but wasn't sure when he could do the work, gave me a price higher than other people did, seemed to suggest I should take the car some place else, but was pushy about wanting me to take the car away, and accused me of having a bad attitude. When I did find another place to take it to, he wanted $150 diagnostic fee, which he never informed me of to begin with (a violation of state law), wouldn't be reasonable with me about it, and when I protested, threatened to call the cops on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! unless you wanted to be poorly treated and ripped off."
