I have loved all the classes I’ve taken (or taught at one point) from Zumba to yoga and all the fabulous strength training classes in between. Each have allowed me to customize my own training at home during inclement weather. I am particularly blessed to have a giving community that has provided me the assistance to continue my health journey while I’ve been out of work as well. She is always on the look out for seeing where and when to "step-in" and help-out - it's not a sink-or-swim mentality. I say this, because you will see that paradigm elsewhere.
