"The Y has been my saving grace. It’s been a home away from home allowing me time for self care. I have loved all the classes I’ve taken (or taught at one point) from Zumba to yoga and all the fabulous strength training classes in between. Each have allowed me to customize my own training at home during inclement weather. I am particularly blessed to have a giving community that has provided me the assistance to continue my health journey while I’ve been out of work as well. "The PreK swim program is amazing, the kids are learning vital skills, and having a ton of fun while doing it! Our 4 year old enjoys swim, is engaged and takes risks to continue getting better at swimming. He was learning at another business previously, but his experience had stalled so we decided to change it up, so glad we did!"

"Regarding the kids basketball programs: A super dedicated team, led by the amazing Laura D. She is always on the look out for seeing where and when to "step-in" and help-out - it's not a sink-or-swim mentality. I say this, because you will see that paradigm elsewhere. She is always upbeat and simply knows how to engage and get kids motivated. On top of all that, she is very caring and personable. Her staff is equally as impressive. A big "Very impressed!""
