"Brought my 2016 Ford Fusion to Colonial Ford of Plymouth with an engine light on. The code said P1450 indicating a failure in the evap/fuel system. They gave me an estimate of $600. I unknowingly agreed, thinking that that $600 was what it cost for the repair of the fault code. What was not clear was that they were planning to do a "MultiPoint Inspection" to the tune of $225, something that I neither wanted nor knew that I was agreeing to. To add insult to injury, Colonial Ford of Plymouth, added Fuel Injector Cleaner to my fuel tank at a cost of $74.01. What does item cost at Auto Zone? Labor to "clean" the fuel system was $127.95. I learned that I had better question each line item on a price estimate at Colonial Ford of Plymouth...if I ever return there again."
