"Wonderful. I have had two experiences with them past needing a common tire rotation. The first was already years ago: a phone call led to me immediately speaking with a mechanic, who got me in right away and charged me nothing for a very simple situation outside my purview. WOW! Last night, out of the blue my seatbelt stopped engaging. I was going to look up the part and do it myself, but, what if I did it wrong…? I found out it was covered under warranty.
