"I am in my first stages of getting work done. I followed what my insurance told me to do and they set up the notice for me to make an appointment at ICC for the approved insurance company estimate. I went in for the estimate, they were very professional and provided the estimate to my insurance directly. May need to switch my work appointment but are very easy to deal with and accommodating. Not sure how this could have gone off the tracks for some people unless they had bad insurance companies. I live in Acton so this is very convenient as well. I will update if needed but I have been impressed so far."
