"I contacted Dan and crew for a full interior detail after having let my car get a bit out of hand. Two small children and a number of other factors left my car dirtier than I would normally let it get and honestly I know it was bad. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible and was able to get one the next day. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up at the end of the work day. The owner Dan was so incredibly kind upon pickup and gave me follow up instructions on how to let the car and mats dry overnight. As for the detail, it was spotless. My car looks brand new on the inside, my husband and father in law have also commented similarly and are impressed. They were even able to remove some awful stains from the seats from my kids spilling juice and a smoothie. It looks like a child had never even set foot in the car. The price was really great for all of the work they put in. I was expecting to be charged much more for the seats and it was so reasonable. They even called after taking the time to review my car to make sure I would be okay with the price for the seats before moving forward. I will definitely be using them again!"

"Didn't do the work. Company left our car unlocked with keys inside. We made an appointment in advance with the owner and spoke to him multiple times, including the day we dropped the car off. The plan was for us to leave the car for two days. The appointment was followed by texts confirming our time slot. We dropped our car on a Tuesday for work including paint correction, detailing, waxing and more, a $400 estimated job. After we returned two days later (having been without our car for two days) nothing had been done. The car was sitting in a nearby lot unlocked with the keys left inside. Nobody had called to say it was delayed. When we handed over the keys we said we'd like the car back by "Thursday at noon." The owner said, "I'll have it waiting for you.""
