"Very bad experience. We called them to diagnose a well pump that is not working; they confirmed the electricity is still connected, but stated that they have to pull out the pump to determine what went wrong. After an hour pulling out the pump from the well and breaking a plastic tube connected to the pump, and without doing any diagnosis, they told us that it take $5000 to replace pump and $500 just for pulling it out. When I challenged them how they know the pump was not working, they said they did the test before pulling the pump out, which contradicts what they stated before. Had we known we would have to replace the pump, we would never have done it. Now we had the pipes snaking around our lawn, with $500 down the drain, and more efforts required to dispose of those pipes! I tried to be considerate and blame it on mis-communication, but deep in my mind I felt worse"

"After my father and mother suffered for 4 days straight controlling our basement flood my father called and got greeted by someone who should have no job at this point could care less about how he needed help. So much for having such reputation never again for your company will we call for help. wake the f up next time someone needs help."
