"Horrible company and service. We felt discriminated against for sharing our dissatisfaction. They have us open our walls in our home and cancelled the service without completing the job! We had to start all over - and we’ve been trying to fix our shower faucet since June! We went through our home warranty and it was a nightmare! We would never recommend this company and would be happy to share the horrible experience we’ve had."
"Sloppy install of a Goodman condenser and evaporator in an existing heating/cooling system. Days later gallons of water on my floor. They returned on a Sunday (good) but the tech informed me that my condensation drain pipe was “previously cracked” and this was not their fault and they would have to charge me for “the repair” total bs. Never leaked previously They of course had damaged the existing pipe retrofitting the drain connection . I tried to withhold final payment pending an evaluation by a different company but the check had already cleared. Received irate and threatening calls from the manager and owner. Do not use this contractor. Horrible experience."
