"Great little auto shop in Concord. Nice place for an oil change, with personable staff and within walking distance from many places in Concord Center. I also asked them about possible extra work, if they felt it was necessary and they ended up judging my car fine as is. That was never the case with the dealer, who was always pushing me to do maintenance in half the time frame of the factory service schedule."

"I called and asked how much to plug a tire. Whoever answered said "Kevin is not in and he does not know price and said, I'm busy and hung up. Useless"

"Not a fancy place but trustworthy mechanic. Only 2 stalls so you usually need to drop your car vs waiting for it. I brought my car most recently for brakes. I looked back at my records. It had been 4 years since I did anything to my brakes. I was ready to pay for new pads & rotors as the rotors had already been resurfaced. My bill was $63. Something was rubbing on my brakes. Evidently my pads and rotors are just fine! Definitely a stand up mechanic."
