"I contacted this company 1.5 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for them to service the HVAC systems in my home. We scheduled an appointment for today at 10am. The time came and went. I called at 11am and was told the technician would be contacting me and arrive shortly. 12pm--nothing. I called at 12:30pm and before I could say anything, was disconnected. I called back and told them not to come, if they were planning to come at all. Bad business practice. I scheduled my morning around this appointment and could have gotten another more reliable company to service my HVAC systems. Now I have to start over, but will definitely not be recommending or ever using C & P HVAC. Boo."
