"BUYER BEWARE My spouse acquired a GMC Terrain and had to bring it back multiple times throughout the calendar year. Despite our identification of a sound, the mechanic dismissed it—our oversight for failing to secure written documentation. After a span of 13 months of ownership and numerous visits to the garage, the timing chain went in November, necessitating a complete engine replacement—a predicament that might have been averted with the intervention of a competent mechanic. Upon finally engaging with the company's owner Tim, we were met with arrogance and lack of support. While they did provide the engine installation at no charge, BUT we were required to bear the full cost of a new engine, despite having only owned the vehicle for a year. It is noteworthy that we returned the car approximately five times throughout the calendar year, with the most recent visit in October for a routine inspection sticker. Regrettably, the replacement engine now exhibits piston slap. Seriously, this was the worst car-buying experience. Please learn from our misfortune. Stay clear. Don't recommend this "neighborhood garage" – they sell dodgy cars with a not-so-great mechanic. Don't be like us an ignore the multitude of negative reviews, they are true."

"Customer service - Wow, the experience was great! Attentive, polite, accommodating. I purchased my Jeep with a fresh sticker! A few months later all 4 tires had to be replaced. No biggie. I had to pay to have the custom Jeep lug nut locks removed, all 4 tires replaced, battery replaced, tint removed, brakes & rotors. The check engine light came on again - thermostat needs to be replaced. It’s never ending. How was this vehicle sold legally?"
