"Not saying they’re a bad place to go, but they don’t seem easy to get ahold of to do business with. I checked their hours online, which match their hours on the door, and yet by 10am when we arrived there no one was available and the door was locked. I called the number on the sign they had, and yet no answer. I got a text that said can I call you later, and got no response. Then got a call four hours later. I understand that things come up, however we traveled over an hour in order to do business with them and it would have been nice to at least hear something rather than be ignored."
