"I went to Moore's with my uncle (who can be quite anxious and impatient when his vehicle is having issues). It was obvious that the staff at Moore's has experience dealing with both a variety of cars and customers. They diagnosed my uncle's truck in a few minutes and and fixed it on the spot putting my uncle at ease. The prices at Moore's were more than reasonable, especially in these times of ever-increasing costs. More to the point they were both competent and efficient. Garages don't stay in business for 100 years when they "screw" their customers. I read some of the other reviews and tend to agree with Moore's responses. I would also like to add that people should have their used cars checked by a mechanic before they buy them, rather than blame their mechanic afterward. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

"UPDATE! 09/12/2023 I made an appointment to have my SUV serviced for an upcoming trip. Oil& filter change. I told Mike that it felt like the car was not rolling freely. I asked him if he had time to check it which he did, Worn brake pads & uneven rotor wear, possibly new calipers. Mike agreed to take care of the problem that same day. Results, new pads and rotors. Pleased that calipers were fine. Serviced performed in a very short time. I'm reasonably sure that most dealers & shops would have replaced the calipers to run up the bill. Once again, thank you Mike & your staff for outstanding service at a very fair price. I wish you continued success!! What a pleasant surprise to find Moore's !! I had car trouble on Tiogue Av & went into an Autoparts store for a diagnostic. After telling me what was wrong, I asked if they could recommend an honest and reliable garage, as I was not at all happy with Tarbox Hyundai's ridiculous prices and poor service, I got my car to their shop and they worked on my car while I waited. A short time later I had brake issues, made an appointment and the problem was taken care of in an a very timely manner. I confidently and highly recommend them after having been treated with professional, knowledgeable, timely and fairly priced service rarely found in today's businesses. "My Dad brought his car here for an oil change. A few months later he had to have the car towed because the oil filter fell off. Moore’s came and took it back. Over two weeks later the insurance says it’s not Moore’s fault and that my Dad’s 2008 Mazda Miata (which I PAID for), is a “piece of shit”. I didn’t realize they are starting a Concour D’Elegance in Coventry. The car went there for an oil change that was done in a slapshod manner. My Dad wasn’t given a rental and his truck couldn’t handle the additional strain. Now you’re judging his car as well?! Pretty sure we didn’t ask for that. The majority of cars on the road aren’t even in showroom condition, let alone worthy of any prize. In the words of Bill Belicheck, do your job."
