"I went to the one on cowesett ave in west Warwick Rhode Island. I needed a brake light. I purchased the light and Chuck, the assistant manager offered to put it in free of charge. He did so. I was amazed with his kindness and will certainly revisit the store when I need auto motive parts. That kind of service is hard to come by. Thank you, Chuck!!"
"Very disappointing experience at this store. Bought a $19 dollar spark plug wire. Went to return it a few days later......unopened package and receipt in hand. It was about 2:30 pm. The girl at the counter told me that she couldn't refund my money because there was no money in the drawer ($19). Just returned.....a week later 10:30 am.....same girl. Sorry, I can't refund your money because there isn't enough money in the drawer......what?....I asked to speak with the manager. He came over, reviewed my receipt, then took care of a customer that came after me. Finally, he very reluctantly opened the drawer and refunded the $19, telling me that I had to understand that they can't do refunds if the money isn't in the drawer. He didn't like it when I said "You just took the money out of the drawer"....he asked "What?" I said "You just took the money out of the drawer". He said that he wasn't here to argue, and that I was already upset because it was my second time there. He insinuated that I had a problem. I told him that I did and that I was going to write a letter to corporate. I am complaining about this on media as well. Rude behavior and poor way to treat a faithful customer Asst. Mgr. ENIO. Done with O'Reilly's."
