"Great place to go for a quiet walk. Lots of space, so plenty of solitude. Various trails cross the proper so there are options each time you visit. Nice fields, but sometimes geese make a mess of things. I find it fascinating to walk around and see how nature is reclaiming the land. Wish the city would do something nice with the building; its clearly falling into disrepair and may be a total loss before too long."

"Only walked around here once. Interesting place. Retired golf course. Still in good shape. The clubhouse is still there. I only explored the first two fairway areas. I saw that there was a path leading farther away but I didn't have time and it was too hot. I plan to go back and see what else is there. Nice and quiet and easy parking."

"This is a great simple park. The grounds are well kept with clear walking paths. There aren't a ton of family activity things to do here as there isn't an included playground or sitting area. That having been said it is a great place to walk and enjoy the outside without having to deal with lots of people. If you want a nice quiet walk in the park this is the place for you! If you want a place to ket the kids run around and self entertain I wouldn't suggest it Also just to reiterate the many signs you will see on the way into the park KEEP YOUR DOGS ON LEASH."

"Great place to walk your dog. It's an old retired golf course. Friendly and respectful visitors make this a good outdoorsy place to visit with your pooch. Hope people keep it clean most pick up after their dogs."
