We didn’t have to do any paper work they did it all to get refunded from the State for the PFOAS Program. Very friendly and immediate installation in one day. "This company is one of the BEST I have ever dealt with regarding home repair. Working with an unfamiliar company, regardless of their reviews, always brings a level of apprehension and nervousness on the part of the consumer....BUT, boy did our family hit the jackpot with Mainline Plumbing! From the initial meeting until they walked out, our experience was extremely pleasant and free of worry - knowing we were in the best hands. We first worked with John, the Owner, a few weeks back when our kitchen faucet and tub would not stop dripping. In a panic, we called a number we had seen while on our way home. We are so very thankful that number belonged to "Mainline Plumbing!" They came the SAME day and fixed the problem. Fast forward to this past Friday and we woke to an even bigger issue, our Well Pump failed! We were convinced we would be without a Well through the Holiday weekend.
