"We had a birthday at this location for my five year old and I'm so happy with it! We did a private party after closing and it was the best party we've ever thrown. They had the space clean and ready for us. The wonderful woman attending us for the hour and a half was super helpful. She was great with the kids and all of them were able to have fun and paint something to take home. She made my birthday girl feel special with a customized hat and use of the birthday apron. Birthday girl was thrilled. You just bring your food and they take care of the rest! We had plenty of table space for the adults to play boardgames while the kids painted, highly recommend this to others doing private parties here! We also utilized their freezer for the ice cream and they even had knives for cake cutting. 5 stars, very satisfied, money well spent."

She was super accommodating with us and the children during a birthday party, always made sure we had what we needed, was a total sweetheart and her staff is incredible. This was a blast and would totally recommend this store to people of all ages. Going back for sure!"

"I came here today at 2:40pm with a friend who arrived at 2:45pm. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the employee and informed “we close in an hour and 20 mins”. To say we felt rushed from the start is an understatement. We picked out what we wanted and then the employee says again “I’ll give you a warning when it gets close to closing” again, rushed much? I did not walk in minutes before closing I had over an hour until they closed. As someone who works retail this is not how I would treat any customers even with 10 minutes to close. If you close at 4 I understand not accepting anyone after that but to rush people who arrived well before an hour before close was poor choice in customer service. We finished before 3:30 so thankfully we didn’t have to be reminded of the time yet again but a group walked in at 3:30 and the employee almost turned them away. I am unsure if this was her wanting to leave at the end of her shift or if it’s corporate enforcing certain payroll hours but I was off put and that’s just the start. All the primers we received were thick and chunky and the paint was as well. The quality of this place has taken a drop since covid and I cannot believe I spent $50 here today to be rushed out in less than an hour. We felt uncomfortable and like an inconvenience to her. This is such a great concept it’s a shame corporate apparently doesn’t care about the quality of these places."
