"Extremely lazy and incompetent. I sent it in for two issues. They fixed one and just gave up completely on the other, leaving my fuse box open with the cover laying on the floor along with some scrap of foam that I don't even know where it came from. They also never called me to say it was done and apparently had it sitting there for days while I was without a car, and only let me know it was done after I called them."

"I had an absolutely horrible experience with College Street Motors. Would not recommend at all. My car was towed there after having a brake issue and I was told I would get a call back about the car within the next four days. After receiving no call, I went ahead and called only for them to tell me they had no update and hang up. I called back again only for them to tell me there is nothing they can do and I should have it towed to the dealership. I tried to ask questions and was met with no response other than I should have it towed. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service."

I came in for an issue with my heat plate, they were able to take it in the same day & finished within 3 hours! I was blown away. Plus, the other shop i had called estimated cost of $200, and they charged me $50. Literally will be a customer for LIFE."
