"I was lucky enough to find Alex and Amherst Plumbing and Heating on Google, and I'm so happy I did. I was told by a reputable local plumbing company that a furnace at one of my rentals had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. I called Alex for a second opinion and estimate to replace the furnace. After inspecting it he told me he didn't think anything was wrong with the furnace. He came back with a camera to confirm his hunch, and took the time to check that the heat exchanger was still under warranty in case it did need replacing, saving me thousands of dollars. It's not often that you find a service company that truly puts their customers' best interests first and takes the time to do the right thing.
