"I bought a car here for $3000 who's kbb value was $3700. Their asking price was $3,500, but I walked in with cash & they were very easy to negotiate with. Very honest with what needed to be fixed on the car & they, of course, did all the work before I took it home. Or so I thought. They were supposed put in a new battery, with a 6 month warranty, new front tires, & they fixed the power window button on the front passenger door. The day after I took the car home, after driving it quite a bit, it died on me & I needed a jump to get home. They obviously didn't change the battery, if they did, it was used. Also, the lock button only unlocked the door, but didn't lock it, & the mechanic tried to convince me it was supposed to be that way. At least all my tires were replaced. I'm returning to demand that they fix these issues."

"My mom bought a car here after she needed one. They tried to inflate the value of the car, but the final cost of the car was still under KBB. They are slow at their work but haven't been open long and everyone needs a learning curve. Ed and his brothers are well intentioned, but Ed does like to over extend things. I wish they would get an actual Repair Order system going with proper receipts because the car has issues, but no real proof. Every used car, and new needs work. They need to get better at what they do, but no everyone can be as great as my husband at fixing cars. I bought used tires here and no problem - $200 for 4 tires with great tread with mount, balance, alignment - done in 2 hours which is standard. They aren't horrid, but if you are used to 5 star treatment, pay the 5 star price!"

"I brought my car here for an alignment. I was told I needed a screw or they could not do the alignment. However I WAS charged for this work. I left there and went to my mechanic who adjusted something and said that it would be fine now for them to do the work. They still insisted I needed a screw and actually yelled at me about it. Today I had my car aligned at Fall's Alignment in South Hadley and did not need any parts to have it done. Chicopee Service and Sales Center is a scam. They wanted to overcharge me. I never received my money back for the lies they told me and the work that did not get done - and in fact told me about a dozen other things that "my car needs." I needed none of it. Do NOT go to this business for work on your car, and after speaking to a woman who bought a car from them I wouldn't buy a car from them either. This place is the worst."
