"unprofessional and wastes your time over and over again. i sent a video thru text, guy comes over says oh i didn’t get your video if i did see it i would of known what part to get so that visit was a waste. then after waiting for the part he comes to the house cleans lint from machine says “found your problem, just needed to be cleaned out”. But this noise is not going away cleaning some more lint from the dryer i know that my wife knows that but he didn’t because it still makes same loud noise. Then he had the front door off and puts back on he says oh your lint catcher is warped i’ll order you another one, wasn’t warped before his work so i go open door to see and the door is now hard to open/close and i said to him that this want like that and he quickly denied and said that was like that when i got here, i said no it was not, we went back and fourth but after i asked him to take apart and go over his steps to fix problem he just kept denying his poor workmanship. Had my wife come downstairs totally bias to what’s going on and i ask her to go ahead and open door she notices right away and says it’s harder to close. he still denies it. i said your sent her to improve this machine right well go ahead and fix it then. but he kept on denying any wrong doing so at this point i got loud used some adult words to let him know it’s time to go because everyone has a breaking point and this guy will push your buttons and after everything guy left with the part that we most likely need to fix the dryer. Talked down about the company he works for or is acquainted with and his pay rate all this i don’t need to know. talked about his hydrating rituals dude did a pee pee dance in front of me both times he was here and demanded the use of my bathroom"
"Refused to keep in touch with customer. Both Annette and the tech have a massive attitude problem. Constant lies. They ghosted me. They ignored my phone calls,, texts and never showed for my appointment. Stear clear of this shady operation. Update: After totally ghosting me they billed GE for parts and labor even though they never showed up for my appointment."
"Suzor was great. Our brand new LG fridge was over cooling and freezing food. The ice maker water line froze. The water dispenser froze. LG was no help. Suzor worked with LG support and took care of it."
